Brian McCarthy (PERCUSSION)
Bronx born and hence Influenced by a multitude of musical styles Brian infuses African, Latin and other world beats into Irish music. Playing with unmatched enthusiasm and reckless abandon Brian is the driving force behind the group.

Andrew McCarrick (FLUTE, TIN WHISTLE)
Growing up in the Throgs Neck section of The Bronx, Andrew has been surrounded by traditional Irish music all of his life. Influenced by legends such as Matt Molloy, Michael McGoldrick, Kevin Crawford, Seamus Egan and The Bothy Band Andrew is now concentrated on composing his own tunes. He is also a member of the 2011 World Champion & 2012 North American Champion NY Metro Pipes & Drums Band.

John “Tex” Walsh (GUITAR, VOCALS)
Bronx born, John spent his childhood and early adult life in Kilkenny, Eire where he took up the guitar. Regarded by many as one of the best Celtic guitar players in America he frequently accompanies among others Paddy Keenan, the legendary uileann piper from The Bothy Band.

Denis McCarthy (FIDDLE, TIN WHISTLE)
Growing up in “da” Bronx in the late 70’s & ’80’s Denny was a student of Limerick fiddler Martin Mulvihill. Denny learned early-on the importance of always maintaining a healthy respect for the “tradition” of Irish music while at the same time never being afraid to put his own stamp on the tunes. Denis has won numerous All-Ireland titles on the fiddle in solo competition as well as an All-Ireland title in duet competition with his brother Kevin on the piano accordian.

If you’ve never seen Jameson Revenge live you will not be disappointed as their energy and consummate musicianship make for a memorable listening experience.

Our opening act is the one and only John Munnelly. Described by his fans as fun, intense and entertaining,
John plays many styles of music, but is best known for performing contemporary acoustic folk.

If you haven’t been before, The Center is located in the beautiful Long Island City neighborhood and is an ideal place to enjoy great live music with an intimate, friendly setting. We are located only fve minutes Grand Central on the 7 train at Vernon Blvd./Jackson Ave. Lots of local street parking after 7pm and if you’ve not been to the Long Island City neighborhood before COME EARLY and check out the gorgeous waterfront Midtown views only a few short blocks from the Center.
