Boston-based Matt & Shannon Heaton are accomplished performers and passionate teachers of Irish traditional music. In addition to being skilled players on their instruments (Shannon was named Live Ireland’s Female Musician of the Year in 2010 and 2011; Matt is the recipient of two Massachusetts Cultural grants), they are masterful arrangers. Get an inside view of their creative process with their exclusive arranging workshop… and learn techniques on individual instruments:
* 7-8:30pm, Irish Guitar with Matt; Irish Flute with Shannon
* 8:30-10pm, Arranging Irish music for Performance
