Tara O’Grady’s IRISH BAYOU cd Launch Party

Irish-American jazz powerhouse Tara O’Grady is releasing her 4th album Irish Bayou. This tribute to New Orleans features nine original songs in a gumbo of genres – from zydeco and rockabilly, to folk, funk, swing, jazz and blues – plus two covers, a modern take on Louis Armstrong’s 1926 song ‘Irish Black Bottom’ and a swinging version of the classic ‘My Irish Molly O.’ Special guest performers include Pete Kennedy of The Kennedys, and Justin Poindexter of The Amigos, plus Tara’s full swinging band, horns and all.
